srinu vas error getting while creating case from web portal(sites)
getting error below when i create case from web portal,
i have wf rule with vf template associated with case
error:
An error occurred at element myRule_1_A1 (FlowActionCall).
invalid cross reference id
i have wf rule with vf template associated with case

An error occurred at element myRule_1_A1 (FlowActionCall).
invalid cross reference id
Invalid Cross reference Id error means you are trying to insert incorrect Salesforce Id in lookup field on Case record. Please check the id you are passing into lookup. For eg, if lookup is to Contact, make sure you are inserting ContactId. if you are inserting contactId, make sure lookup do not have any filters.
