Trailhead Challenge 2016

I have completed all the Challenges and earned 5 badges on January 30th, 2016. But I didnt get an email.
May be I was wrong in filling the form somewhere. I waited the 2 hours to recieve the email notice, but have not seen it.

How should I get the Sweat-Shirt ?
