System.DmlException: Process failed while validating approval process

I am getting below error while validating my challenge for "Approving Records from the Feed"
This is working perfectly on DE application, but not able to validate from Trailhead

There was an unexpected error in your org which is preventing this assessment check from completing: System.DmlException: Process failed. First exception on row 0; first error: NO_APPLICABLE_PROCESS, No applicable approval process was found.: []

Hello Anant,

Check below options:
1. Check whether Approval process is 'Active' or not.
2. If it is active, check whether your record which you are trying to submit is meeting the Entry criteria of Approval process or not.

@Tarun: Thanks a lot. Actually The trail head was validating as given in the challenge (no condition in approval process), but I had added some extra condition in approval process, that's why it was throwing error. But the error doesn't show any similarities between issue and messages shown.

After removing that condition it succeeded the test.
