Your flow doesn't have a Start element assigned

I have done step by step all the points in trail head but when I run the flow 
I only get this message on page.

Before you can save a flow, indicate which element to execute first.
1. Hover over the starting element in your flow.
2. Click '+'. T here is a green arrow.

What about if it's a single element to create a record? It will not work.

These issues prevent activation.
The flow can't run because nothing is connected to the Start element.
what is mean in that?
