Is it possible to create a custom field with type "Lookup(User,Queue)" in case object?

If it is not feasible, please share your thoughts if it may possible even with the customization to fetch the user and queue records in a custom field and how?

There already is standard field "Owner" with datatype you need, but it's not possible to create another one.
