Is Trailhead good preparation for Salesforce ADM201 exam?

Has anyone here taken the Salesforce ADM201 exam and found the trailhead modules to be helpful for studying? Can you recommend other ways to study for this exam?

I find ti very useful to study. I find it easier to rememebr some tasks while practicing them in the org.
I would highly recommend reading force.com workboo for more information. Also try the followign practice exams
