Enabling visualforce in Mobile Apps

Hi,

I am building a Mobile App (not Salesforce1) and need to know if selecting "Available for Salesforce mobile apps and Lightning Pages" while creating the visualforce page will display the page in my App. Also, are there any standard APIs to achieve the same??
