Error while creating the new Community

Hello All,

I am not able to create new community (from All Communities --> New Communities). The error I am getting is "An internal server error has occurred". Error ID: 310890904-203823 (-1617309786)

 Can anybody help in creating a new one or else let me know the possible solution.

You'll need to raise this with Salesforce I think - this is a gack (https://developer.salesforce.com/blogs/engineering/2015/02/gack.html) which means that an error occurrred in the Salesforce server but was not trapped and handled. Given that you are simply trying to create a new community, you should raise a case with Salesforce support, as it sounds like something is not quite right with your Salesforce instance.

Alas! I am not able to raise a case either.
I have followed the steps mentioned in https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewSolution?id=000123530&language=en_US, but I am not able to log in into https://help.salesforce.com/home.
