Can I change an object into an App?

So I created 5 items that I thought were apps but I created them as Objects, is there a way to change or merge them from Objects to Apps?

An App is a collection of objects transforming one to the other is non-sensical only because one is a collection of high level objects and one is a collection of fields and a map of their subsequent records. It shouldn't take you long to transform them to Apps however!

App is simply say a collection of Tabs for UI.
if you want one app for all objects , crreate 5 custom object tabs and add them to app.
if you want one app for each object, create one app for each object.
