regarding to changesets

hii tis is ajay,
Q,while deploying from sandbox to production by using changesets which components it doesnt support?

custome setting data cannot be deployed. (obviously cox it is not metadata.). But apart from this , I dont see anything else that cant be migrated. 
Few things that come in to my mind which dont go thru change sets are - 
User assignments to Public Groups
View accessibility to List views - example Queue assignment to List Views
These all are to be done as post deployment manually.

Hi Ajay,

There is a big list of things which can be deployed with changeset but in simple words Metadata can be deployed with changesets as it uses Metadata api internally. If you want to dig more around this, I would recommend these links that you should go first.
