SSO and .Net Application

I am following the directions in the post https://developer.salesforce.com/page/Configuring-SAML-SSO-to-Custom-.Net-Application and am trying to get the solution to run and I am missing the SalesforceIdentity DLL(s) 

I have checked the sample web app and SAMLPlugin downloads and the DLL(s) are not in those packages.

Searching the web hasn't provide much help either 

Where can I find these elusive files

Yes - I posted this to the .Net discussion board on March 2nd and haven't gotten a reply so I am posting here.

First thanks for your reply but after reading the article I don't see any links to download either sample proejcts or the DLL(s) I am missing - do you happen to have the DLL(s) that I have mentioned

Is there anyone from Salesforce monitoring these Discussion Forums - this seems like a fairly simplistic question to get answered and until it does I cannot continue
