Need help for code coverage

Hi friends, Thanks in advance

Need help for code coverage at present it is "Zero" 0% how can I achieve atleast 75%.

Thanks for your Solution , I got Compile time error 

Error: Compile Error: Variable does not exist: pageRef at line 16 column 33

PageRef is the reference object. Please help me to resolve this.
