Priorvalue Error

I have reI am receiving this error. Can anyone suggest me some appropriate solution?

Hi Prateek, 

You need to change your workflow Evaluation Criteria to created, and every time it's edited then it'll work.
You can't use created because that time PRIORVALUE of this field will be nothing so that's why this is giving error.
