How to make "Photoshop Magic Wand" effect? (OCR get line of characters)

Actually, I'm studying OCR algorithm. But I don't know how to get line of characters...
So I thought it's similer with PS magic wand effect.

Need help! thx

This doesn't look like a Salesforce related question. This sort of image processing isn't something you would typcially try with a .NET integration to Salesforce. You could probably do it in .NET and then send the results back to Salesforce. Maybe try searching StackOverflow for OCR in .NET

Magic wand tool (https://tipsland.info/photoshop-tools/) is a very easy tool. But this case, I think the resolution was very low. Go, Image -> image size -> Resolution and give 300 for resolution.
