how to create users in sales force from an external tool

Hi team
I wanted to know whether it is possible to create users from an external tool( identity acess tool) in  salesforce?witout manual  login in and then creating the users?


If it is possible  then help me with the steps that needs to be followed in order to achieve it

Just type data loader in sidebar and download it for windows or Mac whichever OS you are working on. Install the dataloader in your local machine and follow the steps given in below mentioned link:

Hi Sneha,

You can use Data Loader to create the users in salesforce without entering the details manually from UI.
