how to calculate no of employees present in a month

Hi Khushbu,

Could you add more infomration on it what exactly you want to calcualte may be then I could suggest something.
  1. What do you call an Employee, is it User Records ?
  2. What do you mean by employee present in a Month, is it the number of employee on first of month ?

No..Actually I Have an Attendance field to calculate  daily attendance of an employee..tell me formula field for that..
