How to make sure campaigns are pulling from Five9 to a lead in Salesforce.
I am new to Saleasforce and the company has been using it for awhile but it needs to be cleaned up. Too many campaign and phone fields. I am very knowledgeable with Five9. I need to make sure the Campaign Name is pulling from Five9 and mapping to field in Lead. There are also custom Five9 fields for Opportunitties so when a lead is converted it show in the opportunitty. Who can I discuss this with?
