Hi,

==> Please check whether you have permissions to access the object along with create permission.

==> There may be a override of New button with Visualforce Page and that page is not assigned to your profile. This you can open the object and check for New button whether it is overridden or not.
If yes then go to profile and give the permission to the VF page and corresponding controller.

(1) Setup --> Users --> Select your User Record --> profile --> Check the Custom Object permissions.

(2) Setup --> Custom Object --> Buttons, Links, and Actions --> New

Take a printscreen and paste it here so that we can able to see whether it got overridden or not.
