What?  Can you please expand on what you are trying to do.  Have you tried to use something like a COUNT roll-up summary to get what you want?

@khushbu dubey, as a best practice, please give as much information as possible. What on the wide salesforce platform do you already have? But if you're still working on the old attendance problem, and now have an object for it, make user the master of attendance and use a roll-up summary field filtered to meet your needs. However, I would recommend a report grouped by user, summarized by record count, and filtered for last month or whenever. The reason I recommend that strategy, is so that you may see what days in the calendar you are even paying them for, and to avoid mistakes.
