Approval Process Challenge - No approval chatter post is created when a case is submitted for approval

I can't pass the Approval Process challenge because "No approval chatter post is created when a case is submitted for approval." I have verified that approvals are enabled in Chatter Settings, feed tracking is enabled for the 'Case' object, and the approval process has been created for the 'Case' object. There is no entry criteria and the name for the approval process is 'Case Escalation'. Really not sure what I'm missing here and can't find any solutions in the lesson itself or the SF kcs articles. After you create a case, submit for approval, and you will be able to Approval post on Chatter.

Thank you for your answers! So I went about submitting a post for approval. It showed as pending on my feed, but I could not click 'Approve' while on the case feed. I can only click 'Approve/Reject' while on the case detail. I approved the post and then tried submitting another post for approval, to see if an approval post would show up in the feed. It still just shows the 'pending' status in the feed, with no option to 'Approve'.

Hi James, You can set up a new page layout and assign it to the administator (*you) that doesn't have Feed Details checked off (that makes it a separate tab) and then make sure you are set up as the approver.
