Create new case automatically after Live Agent chat is ended

Hi,
Can someone guide me into the right direction to automatically create a new case everytime after a live agent chat session is ended? Should I do it with a trigger? If so, where and how can I do that? Thanks.

Hi Eric,

I am not much aware about the live agent chats. But I assume that you can create a trigger or process for automatically creating Case record on LiveChatTranscript object. Can you give it a try?
