salesforce for outlook email dupes
When adding an email from Outlook to Salesforce (w/o the Side Panel) and there's a duplicate email address in Salesforce (on the Lead and/or Contact), how does SF for Outlook determine which record to add the task too?
If duplicate records are found, associate email with:
All records
The oldest record
The record with the most activity
If no matching records are found, create a task for each recipient and send it to My Unresolved Items
You can find this under My Settings > Email > My Email to Salesforce

Unfortunately this is an individual User setting and cannot be access by admins with out doing a login access or loging in as the user them self and the defualts cannot be pre-set.
