External Data Sources to connect one salesforce org to other salesforce org

hi All,

  Can we connect(Integrate) salesforce org A with salesforce  Org B using External Data sources, if we can connect then plz provide the url to validate syncronization.

Yes you can connect two salesforce orgs using Lightning Connect [1].  I'm not sure what you mean by "validate syncronization."
