Custom Lables

Hi all, 

I would like to find which custom lable is mapped with VF page or apex class in my Salesforce environment. I would like to know if any easy way to find this. Any suggesstions is much appreciated.

Total Custom lable count : 1000 or more than that. In that some custom lable might not used in either VF or apex class.

I dont know if there is an easy way to find out other that using a global search through your IDE, you can search for {!$Label for your Visualforce pages and Label. or System.Label. in your Apex Classes

Hi Viki,

Yes, you should be able to delete them through the metadata api with the appropriate deployment configuration.  There is no other way to programmatically delete them
