i create one custom field an apportunity object without any coading,when i am trying to create a report for opportunity i can't drag and drop that custom field then how can we do?

Check to make sure you have field level access on your profile to this custom field first. (Manage Users|Profiles|Select Profile Link|Object Settings|Opportunities|Look at appropriate field.

Custom fields on standard objects are automatically added to the available fields in the report builder.  

If you see the field you want in the report builder but it won't let you drag and drop- double check to make sure that field isn't already in use on the report.
