Need redirection of page after chatter free user logs in (please urgent) !!!!

Hi Guys,

One of my org user is a chatter free user
when he log's into salesforce with his credentials he have to be redirected his page to my company website ( assume www.google.com)
or i need a button after he logs , when he clicks on the button   where it should  redirects some link whch i provide

please urgent !!!!!

When your user logs in currently logs in, where do they land? If they are on the standard homepage then you can add a home page component [1] and customize the Visualforce there to link to whatever you need it to.

but i  hsve a chatter free user 
who doesn't get any tab when he logs in


here when the chatter free user logs in ,,,,,,, it have to redirect to the specific url to which i give 

help me out of this guys
