Hi Manoj, I recently wrote a blog post about the different Salesforce paths you can take: http://adamtoarchitect.com/2015/11/11/salesforce-career-paths/ and Salesforce recently published something as well: https://developer.salesforce.com/career-paths.  There is no need to restrict yourself to one specific path though, with Salesforce it is easy to go down multiple tracks at once.  As suggested, Trailhead is probably your best place to start to see what you enjoy working on within the platform.
