Lookup is not providing values!

Hi Guys,

I am unable to pull the value from contact lookup field upon case creation. I am creating case as a community user and I belong to one region Account and trying to pull another region customer from the lookup. I can't see them. I can only see region related contacts. 

Do I need to setup more to see other region contacts as well?

Any suggestions?

If you are creating the case as a Customer Community user, that user only has access to the Account they are directly related to.

Can I create any sharing rule to pull other region customers as well?

Something is bugging me that you're only able to see your connected Account, but give the sharing rule route a try.
