Embed Partner Community link in a VF email template

I am trying to embed a Partner Community login page link in a VF email template. I tried using $Api.Partner_Server_URL_350 and formatting it appropriately. However, this yields https://servicemaxtrial--svmxc.na7.visual.force.com/a0NA00000054wwKMAQ where as the link to the Partner Community is: https://servicemaxsetrial-14fb99adbf-1506c5893ba.force.com. Any ideas on how I can embed the correct Partner Community link in my email template. TIA.
