How to replace my DE org with a fresh clean version (of DE org)

I've nearly finished the Basic Admin trail and am getting a bright red error message which suggests that I replace my DE org with a fresh clean copy. This makes sense as I've played around alot with the one I have and made a lot of changes.  Can anyone tell me how best to install a clean version?

Thanks,
Mark

So you should not have changed the DE org information.  You should have just created a new DE for your challenges and given it a username like "mark_rrrrr+trailhead@learn.sf."  I've found that using the + notation* in the username is the best way to keep things seperate.  I have a DE just for lightning connect stuff, one for callout etc.

* The email spec allows for anything after (and including) the + to be ignored.  So all emails to bob+whatever@example.com will be routed to bob@example.com.  It's a great way to have multiple different emails with them all going to the same location.
