Trailhead challenge for accounts and contact relationship

Hi, I am doing module named 'Understanding Account and contacts, I am getting below error.User-added image

However I have already done the desired steps which can be verified as follows:

Current User : susmita sikha
Team Role : Account Manager
Account Name : Washington Industries

Kindly help me to resolve this error.

Both of those may be the issue.   You should not be using a namespaced org.  I would recommend reading over this post [1] and creating a new Developer Edition org.

Did you create a new Team Role, or did you use the existing team role?

I have created a new Team Role named "Account Manager". Also my org uses namespace, Can this be the reason behind the error ?
