Hi friends i am new to Salesfoce...I am a java developer,i am interested in Salesforce Developer career,how long does it take to learn ??

Hi Narayana,
 I think for you it doesn't  take not more than a month , If you practice regularly.
I think configuration part including admin will take 10 days and being a java developer programming part will not take more than 10 days for you (Apex is simailar to java and Visualforce is similar HTML) .Understanding CRM functionalality is 3days.
