Controlling Access to the Organization Challenge: Need Help!
I was training with Salesforce early last year and made my profile to be the System Administrator. I'm unable to change my profile in the Edit section. What do I do? Here is the following screenshot of what it looks like:
If its a developer edition which is signed up with your email and crendential then you can't deactivate or change the profile for the user
Is there any other edition I need to complete the challenge?
Please deactivate all other user except your user and then create new user
All the other users were deactivated, but now I received an error message saying "The user's profile was not sent to System Administrator." But here's a screenshot to prove it's there.
