Deep Link Visualforce page

Hi All,

Is it possible to deep link to a visualforce page within the new lightning experience?
I konw it is possible in the old ui, but it looks like is not going to work anymore in the new framework. If there is no way to make it work, do you know if there is a new way to allow deep links for visualforce pages or if there is a new workaround?
