Unlisted Managed Package

Hi All,

I was wondering what are some of the use cases for an unlisted managed package. What are the pros and cons?
Is it a total nightmare to handle? How do upgrades work with it?

Thanks

The pros are that you don't have to go through the full security review and you have a little more control over who gets to install the package.  The cons are that customers cannot find your package and they cannot automatically update your package.  Updates work by providing the package url to the customer.
