Hi, in my company, Siebel team would like to upload data from Siebel system to Salesforce via Bulk API. Do we need to use SSL certificate in this scenraio. If not, what is the reason?
You don't need to specify an SSL certicate to call Salesforce's Bulk API. Salesforce uses a certicate that is signed by a trusted certificate authority. Thus, when Salesforce sends back the server certificate, it should be automatically recognized.
