Firewall burn at Salesforce side for Data uploading

Hi, in my company, Siebel team would like to upload data from Siebel system to Salesforce via Bulk API. Do we need to do anything regarding firewall settings at Salesforce side?

I don't think so. You just need to make sure the upload user has the API enabled (profile) and use the security token when log in.
