Usually, you get this error message because there are few constraints to be taken into consideration while completing some challenges in trailhead.
It will be recommended very clearly to use a brand new developer org to finish some particular challenges in trailhead.If you are using a new developer org and still facing the same issue, please let us know with the error id, so that we can generate the case and resolve the issue for you.
