How Records Get Approved with Approvals

I'm getting this error: 

System.DmlException: Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: DUPLICATES_DETECTED, fuget aboutit!: []

I've looked up other post and everything seems to be fine, but when I check the challenge I get the above error.

Actually the complete error is :

There was an unexpected error in your org which is preventing this assessment check from completing: System.DmlException: Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: DUPLICATES_DETECTED, fuget aboutit!: []

Ok this is embarrasing. I found the duplicate rule based on the "fuget aboutit" text. Deactivated it and I passed the module just fine. I remember creating it when I first did my salesforce training but it took a while to search it out. :p
