  • First create a new Outlook data file (.PST)
  • Go to File Menu>>New>>More items>>Outlook Data file and save to a directory
  • Now go to File Menu>>New>>Import tab
  • Select Export to a file option and Select Folder to move
  • Name the file and save it to new directory
  • Select "Do not export radio button" and then Click Finish
The data from Oversize PST file will be splitted to newly created PST file.
