Regarding Profile

Hi,
I assigned a new user with exiticing profile in my dev org,When i try to creating record it shows me error "You are not allowed to create record".But same profile (alredy created user with same profile) user have creted record successfully, can any one help me how can i reslove this.

Hello Sridhar,
If I understand correctly, you were on System Administrator profile and created a new user whose profile was also System Administrator.
And then you tried to create a record with new user, which gave you the error. 
Is this correct understanding?

Ideally, System Administrator does not have any restriction and they have access to all the objects.

So, Few clarifications required before we could help:
1. The new user which was created on dev org was assignined which profile? Could you name that profile please?
2. If it was System Administrator, does it have access to that object you were trying to create record for?
