user active or de-active.

i have an doubt , like if i delete a manager and and under him multiple user are there which have dependies so what should i do,,shall i de-active the user directly.

you can deactivate the user directly. Only problem is that if you have any approval process where approval will go to Manager then that approval process will fail.

There is no provision to delete a user from Salesforce. You can only deactivate a user in Salesforce, but because they may still own records. 
A deactivated user doesn't count against your organization’s available user licenses.
