Why am I not getting the Follow icon in the Feed?

When I am trying to follow a dashboard in chatter, I'm not able to find any Follow icon.
Is there any alternate way to follow a dashboard, Or how can I find the Follow + icon in the Feed.

Hi Sai,

You can follow dashboard from setup --- Dashboards -- there you can see follow icon.

The catch is that you have to post the snapshot before you get the "Following" option.
