Is there anyway to restrict user to access topic?

My goal is to restrict certain commuity user to view certain topic in community builder.  Is this even possible?

Satyo - topics are intended to be an 'organic' way for community members to structure content.  While you can't explicitly restrict topic visibility to members, Salesforce does provide the following capabilities:
  1.  Associate Knowledge articles of certain data categories (if in use) with specific topics (Navigational Topics) (https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.salesforce_communities_implementation.meta/salesforce_communities_implementation/networks_topics_navigational.htm)
  2. Create featured topics (https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.salesforce_communities_implementation.meta/salesforce_communities_implementation/networks_topics_featured.htm)
  3. Add or remove topics to / from articles (https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.salesforce_communities_implementation.meta/salesforce_communities_implementation/networks_topics_articles.htm
