Challenge on Automate Basic Business Processes with Process Builder

I got "Challenge not yet complete" so I deactivated the Process. 

I didn't put in a criteria for a change in the Shipping Country (I did a Criterion for Street, one for City, etc. -- assume that's ok.  not how others did it)  Trying to edit the process.  It won't let me edit at ALL.

I can't enter an additional Criterion (!?)

Rebecca - did you clone the process to create a new version after deactivating your existing one?  The cloned process should be editable, and can be activated after you click 'Save'.

Finally, I should have an email in open activity but I don’t receive it. what is wrong?

I have tried everyone elses suggestions, and watched the video, mimicing it each step of the way.  The challenge STILL will not pass.  Although, the process actually works.(if I edit an account, the contacts get updated).
