I have a PDF application document for our Non-Profit Org that we would like to have inside salesforce.

How can I make the same application in salesforce so that the potential member can fillit out online and attach documents to it. It is a 13 page PDF document. I am self teaching myself salesforce so any assistance is greatly appreciated. Sucess community told me to ask my question here in stead.

Hi Adeline, 

Based on your above description , I didn;t get clear idea but if you want to do content management then you can use salesforce inbuilt application called "Content" , which will help you to manage document based on version and if you want to create libraries then that also you can do.

This will help you to understand about content application. If you need some thing else apart from this then please write in detail what exactly you are loooking for.
