Error: This Report Unique Name already exists or has been previously used. Please choose a different name. How can i solve this problem.I want to same name its possible? Actually I clear from recycle bin.

You can have the report with same name, just change the API name for the new report you are creating.

Reports might also take a few minutes to be archived so you might want to wait a few minutes before creating a new report with a previous API name after you delete the old one.
