You can follow the below mentioned steps:
- Go to Setup.
- In the Quick Find box type Installed Packages.
- Click on the name of your package.
- Click on View Component button now.
- Check for Apex Classes, open any class whose security you want to check.
- You will be able to see which all profiles have access to that particular Apex Class.
