I cannot contact support to enable person accounts in my developer org

For some reason when I click "contact support" I am re-directed to the help.salesforce.com page and I am not signed in, even though my username and password are correct?

I would like to have Person Account enabled in my developer org - but I can't reach support!

I have never done this in a dev org but from what i understand you will need to Create a Case and ask for Person Account Enablement.
Are you able to click Help from your dev org and stay logged in?
