Users deleting others opportunity

Hi, 

I want to restrict so that people can not delete anyone else opportunity. Only the owner and admin's would be allowed to delete the opportunity.
How can I do this ?

Hi AcctMgt,

If you want users to still have read access, then just set the OWD (Organization Wide Defaults) to public read only. If you want users to only see their own opportunities, then set the OWD to private.
